KCLA Netball Club Membership

KCLA Netball club

Want to keep fit and have fun at the same time? Then why not join the King’s College London Association Netball Club (KCLANC). The club is always looking for new members.

The club trains every Wednesday at Ferndale Sport Community Centre in Brixton, 19.00 - 20.30. One-off sessions cost £5, and signing up for the whole season costs £200.

Whether you are a beginner wanting a new challenge, haven’t played since school, or are a Netball regular, this club is for you. Join your fellow alumni on Wednesday nights in Brixton to broaden your networks, get fit and be a part of a thriving alumni netball club.

KCLANC are always looking for more players to join, whether you are looking for a competitive edge or the social side. The club continues to build on its momentum under the expert guidance of coach Mark Gayle (ex England International), continuing with weekly training sessions, as well as organising pre-season friendlies with a variety of different teams including the KCL Netball 1st VII.

In the short 2 and a half years the club has been running, KCLA Netball Club has achieved a lot of success. Namely, the two consecutive promotions from the Surrey Metropolitan League, gaining direct entry into Croydon Netball League third division and building up the strength of the squad year by year.

KCLANC’s social side, ‘Tea and Biscuits’, play in the Surf Social League based in Kennington Park.  Leagues like this give the club the opportunity to increase fitness, build on squad chemistry but most importantly, have some fun!

It has been an exciting season of netball for KCLA and the club hopes this will continue for many years to come.

We look forward to meeting you!
