Browse this year's list of events to see how you can get involved in King's Global Day of Service 2020.

In the service of society

We were founded in 1829 to serve society and our students, staff and alumni have been dedicated to making the world a better place ever since. Giving back to society and to our King's community is an important part of what we do. Every year, thousands of alumni give their time and share their expertise and connections to help alumni, students and their local communities.

Want to be part of something big?

Do you want to meet new people, improve your leadership skills and help your local community? Then join alumni, staff and students around the world for Global Day of Service on 25 March 2020, a date that marks the day of King's foundation. Now in its third year, we have ambitious plans to make it even bigger and better. By volunteering or carrying out a service activity, you can make a difference where you live. Take part on 25 March, or throughout the month, and tell us about your contribution here.

Don't miss out. Get involved.....

If you would like to organise a service event in your city, then please contact us at volunteering@kcl.ac.uk

We will help promote your activity to alumni, provide you with a goodie-bag for your volunteering and be on hand to offer advice and guidance.
