Mind the Gap

Many experience a feeling of being stuck, or caught in a spiral of negativity and self-doubt, once they reach their 20s and 30s. This is becoming known as a 'quarter-life crisis'.

Mind The Gap Coaching provide a variety of coaching interventions and resources, as well as a supportive community, with the aim of helping people during this difficult time. They help to bridge the gap between leaving education for the first time, and going on to lead a fulfilling and authentic adult life.

They provide resources and personalised support to help their customers overcome their quarter-life crisis, develop more resilience and keeping moving forwards. In the ideal scenario, they believe that a person should be able to avoid having any kind of crisis, if equipped with the appropriate tools and learning.
